1. This is version 2.2.
2. Fixed a bug in virtualize that affected !x, when x was of pointer type.
3. Added the EncodeExternal transformation.
4. The --Environment=... option is now mandatory.
5. --Transform=... --Verbosity=1 will now print out some statstics on how successful a transformation was.
6. A bug which added a lot of code for uninitialized global arrays was fixed. /ol>
