Tigress Version 2.2 Release Notes

1. The Copy transformation was added.
2. The Dynamic transformation was renamed JitDynamic.
3. The Virtualize transformation was given a --VirtualizeDynamicBytecode option that applies the same transformations as JitDynamic. to virtualized bytecode.
4. Several new implicit flow transformations were added.
